The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies per item, for bespoke or to order items please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for items damaged or defective

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

we don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads
